Hey guys, I like how you're trying to mitigate your reputation for over-roasted coffee by introducing a "blonde roast". But for light-roasted coffee to taste good, the beans have to be good. I bought a pound of your beans to use for a French Press at home. It's not so good. I only drink the stuff in drip form when I have a cold and can't tell the difference. Really, you can do better.
